Ashmiyara takes pride project sasthyo suraksha where in 50 children were provided with counseling and food support for 6 months in South 24 parganas and Sunderban area. The children were suffering from lack of care and nutrition. The project also helped in providing mental support to some of the ailing and critically ill children. The remoteness of the areas doesnot allow for easy access to medicinal and food support and therefore the project was a welcome relief to beneficiaries.
